Whether you want to improve your flexibility, strength, stamina, postural alignment, coordination, or physical body shape, we have a range of interesting training methods that can help you achieve your desired outcome. Improving your physical condition has a number of benefits such as increasing endorphins and improving hormone levels to help you feel happier, sleep better and have a more positive outlook on life.
Physical training reduces the amount of cortisol in the body which is a stress hormone produced by the body known to cause increased unhealthy weight gain. As we age we can lose control of our agility and stability, which can lead to more slips, trips and falls. This makes exercising as we age vitally important. So if you want to better understand your body, improve your balance, coordination and flexibility, improve your core and pelvic floor strength to heighten sexual prowess or to have better control of your bladder, or to simply feel more satisfied or fulfilled each day, then we are ready to meet you!

Our revolutionary 50 minute Functional Fitness class combines 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval training improving cardiovascular fitness, with 20 minutes of deep stretching Yoga poses at the end of each class so that you don't leave the studio feeling tight, sore or prone to injury.

We offer Punch-fit Training sessions. These are exciting and exhilarating classes which are a great way to punch and kick your stresses away and get fit at the same time.

TRX training is an amazing way to condition your whole body by using suspension equipment and your own body weight to target all muscle groups in your body

This class is specifically designed with our more mature clients in mind. Exercises are tailored to suit people of all abilities over the age of 65 with the option of Silver Fit Group Fitness, focusing on mobility and coordination. Additionally we have Silver Fit Circuit, using gym equipment safely and properly for strength and conditioning. Silver Fit classes are Occupational Therapist endorsed.

Work out while your little one swings away in one of our baby swings. Exercises are tailored to the post pregnancy body using your own and your babies body weight to help you regain your strength safely

Combining both machines and free weights to condition your whole body using both endurance and resistance training. We focus on lifting heavier weights at a medium intensity to build muscle mass and strength. Each circuit class will be fully supervised, interesting and fun to keep you coming back for more.

If classes are not your thing; we have a wide range of new equipment and free weights to help you get stronger, leaner, improve your posture and/or your coordination. There will always be qualified staff on the ground to answer any questions you may have.

Fully qualified trainers and coaches are available to give you a thorough health and fitness assessment and create a tailored program to help you reach your fitness goals. They will support and supervise you through each PT session or even train as a Fitness Buddy with you. Just Ask!
