Improving your physical condition has a number of benefits such as increasing endorphins and improving hormone levels to help you feel happier, sleep better and have a more positive outlook on life.
Physical training reduces the amount of cortisol in the body which is a stress hormone produced by the body known to cause increased unhealthy weight gain. As we age we can lose control of our agility and stability, which can lead to more slips, trips and falls. This makes exercising as we age vitally important. So if you want to better understand your body, improve your balance, coordination and flexibility, improve your core and pelvic floor strength to heighten sexual prowess or to have better control of your bladder, or to simply feel more satisfied or fulfilled each day, then we are ready to meet you!

FITNESS

Our revolutionary 50 minute Functional Fitness class combines 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval training improving cardiovascular fitness, with 20 minutes of deep stretching Yoga poses at the end of each class so that you don't leave the studio feeling tight, sore or prone to injury.

This class is specifically designed with our more mature clients in mind. Exercises are tailored to suit people of all abilities above 50 who are interested in becoming familiar with using gym equipment safely for strength and conditioning.

Using a roller and strap, this gentle class is designed to stretch and relax tight and sore muscles

30 minutes of non stop core exercises to strengthen and stabilize your mid section
YOGA

Gentle yoga class targeted at strengthening pelvic floor muscles and helping to iron out the kinks of new mum life.

Slow down your practice and re-centre yourself. Yin yoga promotes relaxation and mindfulness

Our instructors will take you through a practice with smooth, flowing transitions between postures

PILATES

An enjoyable low-intensity muscle strengthening workout using props that focuses heavily on strengthening core muscles

A gentle class which assists with recovery after childbirth. We focus on strengthening the pelvic floor and ironing out the kinks of new mum life.
