Self care is something that is easily neglected. Our day to day lives can be so stressful when managing endless tasks with work and family life that we forget how important it is to show ourselves a little bit of love and tenderness. Mental health issues are so common in today's society so we at Rich Life place a lot of emphasis on providing pathways to help you to slow down, be present and discover ways in which you can improve your own emotional well-being.

In addition to our regular service options listed below, we also run focus groups and work shops to discuss and help address mental health issues. Everything is strictly confidential and run in a respectful, professional and friendly open minded manner - nothing you say or do in our group discussions will be judged or criticised. Our aim is to provide the feeling of being a part of a caring and super helpful family when you come to see us!
MEDITATION
Calm your mind with our meditation session by creating space. Exercise Mindfulness Respecting and being aware of yourself and others around you and being accountable for your actions. i.e Manners, The Monkey Mind, 3rd Perspective Observation of ones self.
MASSAGE THERAPY
Setting aside an hour to be pampered and enjoy a relaxing massage is the perfect way to give back to yourself
