Timor-Leste is an untouched paradise which is less frequently visited by tourists that has so much to offer as a wellness location. Swim at incredible beaches that you have all to yourself and snorkel some of the most untouched reefs in the world. It also has picturesque mountains to climb and a rich cultural heritage waiting to be explored.

Due to the colonisation of Timor-Leste by the Portuguese in the 16th century the people have a rich culture where latin dancing such as Kizomba is commonplace. 

It is impossible not to feel relaxed, energised and BALANCED after spending 7 days in the newest country in Asia!

Example 7 day itinerary

DAY 1

Morning

  • Arrive into Dili (Capitol of Timor-Leste) and travel to Liqica, Lauhata Resort to stay overnight

Afternoon

DAY 2

Morning

  • Depart Liqica and head to Maubara

  • ---

Afternoon

  • Travel to Balibo and spend the evening here

  • ---

DAY 3

Morning

  • Depart Balibo and head to Mount Ramelau to spend the night 

Afternoon

DAY 4

Full day exploration tour. Options include:

  • Begin 3am trek up Mount Ramelau for sunrise viewing.

  • Depart Ramelau to Maubisse and spend the night there

DAY 5

Morning

  • Explore Flaixa 

Afternoon

  • Have lunch at Maubisse Posada

Evening

  • PodDepart Maubisse for Dili to stay overnight. Stay at beach side Hotel

DAY 6

Morning

  • Yoga at the Beach

  • Breakfast at the Beach

Afternoon/evening

  • Explore Dili and Optional Scuba Dive, visit war museum, Christo Rei. 

  • Enjoy lunch at ETDA. Tais market, Things and stories .

  • Dinner and sunset drinks at Tibar or Sky deck

DAY 7

Morning

  • Fitness Session

Afternoon

  • Leisure time for shopping or a final massage

Evening

  • Depart Dili
