DAY 1

Morning

  • Beginners yoga at Yoga Barn

  • Breakfast at our accomodation

Afternoon

  • Traditional Balinese massage

  • Motorbike tour of Ubud

Evening

  • Traditional Balinese fire dance

DAY 2

Morning

  • Beginners yoga at Yoga Barn

  • Breakfast at our accomodation

Afternoon

  • Personal Training session at Titi Batu

  • Free time at Titi Batu to do a group fitness class or enjoy the pool

Evening

  • Heart opening ceremony at Pyramids of Chi

  • Dinner at one of Ubud's amazing restaurants

DAY 3

Morning

  • Aerial yoga at Ubud Yoga Centre

  • Breakfast at our accomodation

Afternoon

  • Bicycle tour of rice paddies and visit the Bali Swing

Evening

  • ​Ecstatic dance at the Yoga Barn

  • Dinner at one of Ubud's amazing restaurants

DAY 4

Full day exploration tour. Options include:

  • Surf day in Canggu

  • White water rafting*

  • Snorkelling trip to Ahmed

  • Visit to an orphanage

  • Visit to a Kopi Luwak plantation*

  • Hike up Mount Batur

  • Visit the water temple*

*Attractions close to Ubud can be done in a half day tour in the morning or afternoon of any other day of the retreat. 

DAY 5

Morning

  • Personal training session at Titi Batu

  • Breakfast at our accomodation/Titi Batu

Afternoon

  • Traditional Balinese massage

  • Sunset yoga at Yoga Barn

Evening

  • Salsa class

  • Dinner at one of Ubud's amazing restaurants

DAY 6

Morning

  • Yoga at Yoga Barn

  • Breakfast at our accomodation

Afternoon/evening

  • Stair run and surfing in Uluwatu

  • Sunset drinks in Uluwatu

  • Fresh seafood Dinner at Jimbaran Bay

DAY 7

Morning

  • Yoga at Yoga Barn or last PT session at Titi Batu

  • Breakfast at one of Ubud's amazing healthy cafes

Afternoon

  • Leisure time for shopping or a final massage

Evening

  • Leisure time​ and dinner at one of Ubud's fantastic restaurants
