Service Description

Calling all super mums to join us at Rich Life Health & Fitness for a dynamic and baby-friendly Pilates class that will leave you feeling fantastic. Say goodbye to those post-baby kinks and hello to a more flexible and stronger you! This class is designed for all moms with precious little ones under the age of 1. We have plenty of space for prams if your baby is asleep during class. Bring a mat or blanket for your little one to play on during class.
